There's a place.................. Keeps on calling me..............

We are now homeward bound, and have found ourselves in a lovely German village - Hassendorf, ................arriving after spending 8 hours in the van with the bluest skies you can imagine and the sparkliest seas!!!! Nice drive and lovely rest areas for picnics etc

A day in Copenhagen- Rain? Of course!!!!

A 15 minute walk through the forest to get to the train station

Hiding from the rain- which we are now expert in!

Laughing in the face of rain and just getting on with it!!!

The round tower, did not disappoint was really I!press I've.

Tivoli, garden and amusments in the city, beautiful worth a visits a great end to the trip, Finn and Jude went on a rollercoaster built in 1843 and Reuben rode the giraffes on the carosel, the sun shone it was a really lovely place, gardens were glorious.

Wonderful wonderful Copenhagen !!

If it's always been your dream to go and see that poor ( poor or silly - not sure which)  little mermaid, take my advice don't do it, the image in your head will be better than the reality, I felt more sad than reading the actual fairy tale, which is enough to break your heart anyway, some things are best left in visited
Anyway we camped 7km outside of the city  Charlottenlund fort, an old fort with a moat and howitzer guns remaining and the amenities block was under ground really beautiful, a jolly nice camping place, beach was directly behind the campsite and I really didn't want to leave! Great location.
